Through FOIA requests, we also uncovered a vast network of non-profits that the Biden administration was using to facilitate illegal immigration. Through tracking government-issued cell phones, we discovered that these organizations sent illegal immigrants, in the dead of night, to all but one congressional district in the country.  

And when Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas refused to refute the leftist media’s claims that Border Patrol agents whipped illegal immigrants, the Oversight Project sued the department and obtained emails that proved Secretary Mayorkas knew the story was false when he let the media fuel the narrative. 

No one else is doing this investigative work. 

When we expose this corruption, it draws public attention through the media and helps members of Congress rein in these corrupt departments.  

We’re also helping to defend everyday Americans.  Recently, the Oversight Project filed a lawsuit against Biden’s FBI to release documents related to their collusion with the Southern Poverty Law Center to target Mom’s for Liberty.  

And Heritage’s policy experts are developing policy solutions that will completely overhaul the FBI by reducing its jurisdiction and remove powers used to track and persecute innocent and patriotic Americans.
