Most gifts by account designation can be easily accomplished by contacting your individual retirement account, life insurance, or Donor Advised Fund custodian and requesting a change of beneficiary form. In many cases, these forms can be completed online. You may need Heritage’s Tax Identification Number, which is 23-7327730.
